Tradify quotes require manual line-by-line entry from a cost book. MyQS generates a priced, itemised quote from a site photo in 15 seconds — with profit margins, VAT, UK regional pricing and your branding applied automatically. MyQS also includes the full CDM 2015 compliance suite (RAMS, H&S Plans, Method Statements, COSHH and Construction Phase Plans) which Tradify does not offer at all. Many contractors use both — Tradify for business management, MyQS for winning work and staying compliant.
For a solo trader the prices are similar — MyQS from £39/month, Tradify from £34–£44/month. But Tradify charges per user, so costs multiply with your team.
